Gas and Cash

Gas prices are out of control. Anyone agree?
I'm curious what gas prices are around the country. Leave a comment with your location and average gas prices.

  2. So far, regrettably, we beat you all. I filled up this morning with the cheapest station in town and the lowest grade, which here is 87 octane and it was $4.33 per gallon. Escondido, CA

  3. Yeah, I paid $4 something the other day. I really try not to even look.

  4. CA is leading the pack--here in Simi Valley it's $4.33, too. But elsewhere in Ventura County I heard it was getting closer to $4.50!

Not only do I try not to look, as Bethany said, but I have Michael fill up for me. Ugh!

  6. Well lets see:
Family Fare is selling Red Cabbage for 99 cents a lb. and white cabbage for .59 lbs
Campbells pork & beans are 1.29 a can.
We produce our own gas over here, which I guess is pretty cheap.
Its all how you look at. (or smell it) hang in there.
I'm selling platinum fuel saving kits for $250 to save you a $1,000 if any one is interested. For real. My car has increased already 14% and soon to go to 22% increase.

  7. Well, I am personally very thankful for cheap gas. I filled up for about the same price fuel was when we were in Zambia. The cheapest fuel I can fill up with around here is $4.79. And it has been that way for at least a month. It is getting about time to attach a couple yolks to the front of my cattle trailer so they can pull the pickup, instead of the other way around.
